 This is a very sharp clutch handbag by A/X  Armani Exchange.It is used, but looks like new.The tag says genuine leather, but I believe that applies to the black part only.The tan is a woven material.  I don’t know what it is.It has a magnetic snap on both sides at the top.It’s approx 11″ wide and 8.5″ tall
